Welcome to The Blog-this has been a LONG time in coming, but I am happy to say it is finally here! We will be sharing TRUSTED nutrition and fitness information, along with recipes, weight loss tips, and trending topics. The thing I want to be most clear on though is, this is NOT the space to go for fad diets, quick temporary fixes, and bogus information. I know that is not the most popular thing to say, but I take pride in providing the most evidence-based data and translating that into practical ways that can help you in your everyday life.
